USPS Priority Mail - not tracked, 2-3 days not guaranteed

USPS Express Mail - tracking, 1-2 days

UPS Ground - tracking, 1-6 days

UPS 3-day, 2-day, next day - tracking

Returns

We accept returns on most stock items within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Although we do not accept returns on kits that have been started (for example, where soldering or acrylic welding is required), we will replace any missing or faulty parts or products ASAP -- Please contact us right away if something doesn't look right, or if you need technical support on a project.

To return an item first contact us for a return authorization number.  In the email be sure to include the following information:

• The original order confirmation number
• The reason for returning the merchandise

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, mail the package to:

With the package, include your name and address and the Return Authorization Number. Please note that any shipping costs that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. Once we receive and inspect your shipment, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs.

Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.

Other payment methods: Your refund will be issued as a check.
